Before anything is done please upload all your images to the official Simviation Server. This was stated in the contract you agreed on as you were registering.

Please make sure all aspects are to specifications. ;)

Welcome to SimV

This might not be the right forum for you if you don't want to follow the very simple rules. Just do what the contract tells you to, then we will address your question.

Rules before answers sir. Anyways to answer your question, POSKY has some great models and with tweaks I'm sure can work with FSX. I believe there is one more freeware model but other than that, nothing. ;)

Respectfully DREADWING, you'll find that the members here at SimV are real sticklers for following the rules and generally know what they are talking about. Linked images are not permitted, and will most likely be removed by the Mods.

As far as your question goes, you may have a better chance finding the AIRBUS A340-600 you seek, if you post this query in the "Aircraft Wanted" section. ;)

Cheers, and Welcome to the "V"!

If you come here, you have to respect the rules.
If you think this is not important, we may think you are not important. ;)

what is it with all of you people telling me to upload images ?????
what images ????? which ones ?????
jeez, you guys seem pretty strict for no real and serious reason
you see i'm here to have some help ok ? and you come here and spit in my face just like that ?
and whoever told me about maybe it's not the right place for me to be in a forum, well i'll tell you what : shut your face.
now you members, mods, etc, tell me what you really want me to do with your images things.
do you want my profile picture and my sigs too ? is that it ?
---------------------
and another question, hey Daube, just tell me what the hell is important with those images that everyone wants, including you i presume
...

Hello Dreadwing,(nice name BTW, one of my favorite Decepticons ;))

The importance of uploading your avatar and signature images here is because linked images to photobucket, image shack, and the such really slow the site down for other users. The members here are very observant of these rules for the benifit and respect of others who may have slower connections.
Noone is trying to spit in your face, sometimes we may seem a little harsh and strict, but that is because a lot of people (including myself) seem to miss this part of the rules when they register. At first a couple of friendly reminders is usually enough to get someone to comply, but every so often one comes along who might feel thier needs outweigh the importance of the forum rules, thus leading to some more vibrant reminders. This is home on the web for most of us. ;)
We are more than happy to help you or anyone else with any problems. All we ask is that you please in the future upload all images to our server, and be mindful of any size limits on the pics. Easy enough.  ;)

Oh dear. Not the friendliest welcome I've ever seen for a new member & that's an understatement. ::)

Hi DREADWING & welcome to the forum. That's if you're still here of course. We seem to have got off to a bad start & most members here are only too willing to help in any way they can. It would help them to know which version of FS you want this aircraft for. The only A340-600 I can find is the Simubuild version here. http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets125.htm
It was originally intended for FS2002 & has no VC. I very much doubt that it will be compatible with FSX.

The rules on images are quite clear in the User Agreement you should have read through & understood before registering as a member of this forum. You're not the first & certainly won't be the last to commit this heinous crime.
12. All Images - Screenshots, Avatars & Signature images - must be uploaded to the Simviation server (See 'Upload Images' link at the top of the forums). Please do not link to images elsewhere.

Also, please read the guidelines before uploading them. Upload Images

Started to think I was in the POSKY forums. ::)  Now there's a rude, viscous bunch (the mods, that is).  I sincerely hope this forum doesn't denigrate to such a level.

Reading that thread was almost......... embarrasing.
I think someone (a moderator) should email that guy with an apology, and an invitation to come back and try again

Dreadwing has been keeping contact with me on myspace, He thinks he is banned. :-[ I assured him this is NOT the norm here, and that both sides may have over-reacted in this situation. There are no hard feelings. :)
