can someone make repaints for the md11f that just came out i was hopping for something like american or delta

I do not know about the "F", but I found a bunch of repaints either on this site or over at avsim.net, check out both FSX and FS9 sections. I have two MD11's one from Overland and one from iFDG, both were freeware.  Some of the repaints that I download had missing (transparent) textures, those would have been FS9 repaints that did not completely port over to FSX.  I probably could have fixed the transparent textures by finding the file for the transparent texture and changing the alpha channel, but I did not feel like messing with it since I had plenty that worked.
