in flight refueling

I don't think so... There was a discussion some time ago, whether it's possible to implement it but I don't know if it has come to a solution.

I saw one of the vids where a couple of guys did simulated refueling in multiplayer, but I don't recall which version of FS or CS tey were using.

There is a payware Tornado that comes with a VC-10 and KC-10 that will do aerial refueling.  The best feature is that any aircraft can be refueled with the tanker and the tankers come with both the probe and drogue system.  The downside is that the feature is only compatable in FS2002 and FS2004.  The link to the download is http://www.lagosim.com/default.asp?act= ... 3&lang=eng.
