What 747 are you using.  Project Opensky has Alitalia and Iberia paints for their 747-200 at http://www.projectopensky.com/downloads ... ion=europe.  There is also a POSKY 747-400 in Lufthansa at http://www.projectopensky.com/downloads ... ion=europe.  There is also a Lufthansa paint included in the base package for the iFly 747-400 that is available here http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets146.htm.

When you download the file, it is everything you need to use the aircraft.  That is how they bundle their aircraft.
