Freeware vulcan for fsx fs9. Antone know if one exists?

There are a couple of Vulcans out there for FS9.  The first one is at http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military108.htm.  There is another one by Kazunori Ito available at http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military31.htm.
