It is designed for FS2004 and works in FSX. As for a model for FS2002, try one of the CFS2 models from http://www.simviation.com/cfs2aircraft10.htm. I'm not sure how well it will work, but it should be able to be imported into FS2002.

To add to this point, if you look for the original "Wings of Power" boxed edition on ebay etc, which I believe was for FS2002/2004 in its original release...
