Hi,

These are just a few aircraft i wouldn't mind someone to make for FSX.

Pilatus PC-9
F/A-18C Hornet
F-111C
C-130J
Mig-29 Fulcrum
F-15 A,C,J or S/MTD(The S/MTD has thrust vector)
and finally...
F/A-22 with working Thrust vectoring.

I know theres an F/A 18 for FSX in the military section here at SimV. There is a F-22 in the FS2004 military section but I don't think it has thrust vectoring.

As for the other ones you want, try some of the FS2004 models. Most will work in FSX!!!!

Point of INformation - FS does NOT model thrust vectoring (or other really fun things).  It can be worked around and animated, but not really modelled.
