Southwest's "Lonestar One"?

Does anyone know of a FS2004/FSX model of Southwest's custom painted 737, called lonestar one? (It is painted with the Texas flag)

There is an FFX version of Lone Star One at http://www.avsim.com.  If you search there for ffx_737_lone_star.zip it should come up.
