Granted, I haven't tried very many freeware and payware after-market commercial airliners.  It seems every airliner I tried, none of them have visible pilots from chase-plane view.  They only have greyed-out cockpit windows.  Are there any where you can see the pilots?

many dont have pilots because thats the hardest part of a model to make, the human

anyway airliners were made to fly from inside the plane itself

Either the pilot pulled the shades down for a nap, or is in the back of the plane flirting with the flight attendant.  ;D
