X-31 for FSX

I just thought that it would be very cool to have an X-31 for FSX.
It would take a very skilled designer and flight dynamics designer because it has trust vectoring capablities.

I don't think a true X-31 will ever be able to be modeled into FS9 or FSX. Thrust Vectoring is just too complicated for an engine such as these games have to do properly. As nice as it would be, I don't think it's happening  :'(

I bet it could be done, just by making the pertinent control surfaces larger in the aircraft config than they really are on the model.

Yep. Just takes a bit of fiddling with the .CFG's... Make sure you back them up first  ;) ;D
