Well, what kind of Boeing? 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, or 777?
Captain Sim and Flight! both have good 727, pdmg has an amazing 737 pack, (from -500 to -800), pmdg also has an amazing 747-400 and 747-400F, Captain Sim and PSS also have an amazing 757 product line. Level D has a pretty good looking 767, and overland has a 777. Those are all payware, and I know there are more.

You are confusing me. How hard is it to search here, avsim, or flight sim. There are several dozen American airlines planes. With all of the specifications, you will probably need to buy payware. But if you don't need all of that, project opensky is a great website. They produce some pretty good models/paints.

Look for the 737 experience by Moach. Available on this website. It has a VC, there are several repaints available and the best thing: It's FREE!
