I suggest looking here on SimV.
They got some nice Hawks for FS2004 which work in FSX I'm sure... And a Red Arrows scheme shouldn't be that hard to find.

they don't.
i have long been searching for a fsx compatible hawk.
there is an iris hawk at some place.
but i am having massive problems with downloading it.
i have tried 10 times, and every time it says its not a valid file archive

hey there
there is at least one FS9 red arrow hawk package here on teh V as to whether it is compatible i dont know... don see why they wont be
and if the DSB hawk works you would do worse than to ask on here if someone might do you a quick repaint...

The same reason as for many FS9 aircraft in FSX. Incompatible gauges.

Same problem. I posted a link to the updated version chris49 mentioned in an earlier topic but even that has a few incompatible gauges.

That's the one I tried. Are you certain all the gauges are FSX compatible?

UKMIL maybe you can help me.
i have tried to download your hawk a stupid number of times.
and every time it says it isn't a valid file archive.
i tell people, and they say to download it again, so i do, and the same problem occurs.
help.
thanks

If I can just butt in here. I might have discovered the reason for your problem. After installing an IE6 update I can no longer download zipfiles in the usual way by clicking on links. Instead of saving it to my downloads folder the file is downloaded to a Windows Temp folder & automatically extracted to My Documents. The same thing happens when downloading files from here at Simviation.

Files downloaded in this way are often shown as corrupt. The only way I can find over this problem when using IE for downloading zipfiles is to Right-click on the link & select the "Save Target as" option. This is not possible on some sites where the download is automatically redirected. Alternative browsers like Firefox don't seem to have this problem.
PS. This is a known issue with IE but the workaround suggested here no longer seems possible.
