OK found the site (www.ddr-flugzeuge.de) but navigation is braindead... and the Polikarpov gone missing

Plane was made by a guy working under forum name derbruchpilot, first name is Ralf. At the time the Rusaviagold Po-2 was in development there was a big fight at avsim.ru forums about the plane...
