How about a C-130 or An-72. Both of these have been used for carrier trials. C-130 on the 'Forrest Fire' and the Antonov on one of the the Kuznetsov class boats

If you're looking for accuracy for day to day ops when people are reporting for their new command or tranfering off, carriers use the C2 Greyhound. They're also used to bring on freight and mail. There's also a stripped down version of the S3 Viking thats used as a COD (Carrier Onboard Delivery).

This is while out to sea by the way.

I flew off the Nimitz in a Greyhound when I got out of the Navy.
