What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

i have an idea for a cessna 185 on amphibian floats. i dont have the know how on how to design aircraft for FS9. so i was wondering if someone would be up to the challenge of designing a freeware 185 on amphib floats?
