Hello Lads...

Cessna 172RG Cutlass. (Retractable gear and variable pitch prop).

I've been searching for this rare animal everywhere, including Google, but no can find... ...!

(Note: It's not the 182RG...!).

Anyone know where it can be spotted....?
...either for FS 2004....(or FS 2002).......!

I didn't realise until the other day that such an animal existed... :o...

Cessna haven't made them for a while, (I wonder why), so they are quite rare... ;)...!
...maybe too many "normal" Cessna 172 pilots forgot to put the wheels down when landing.... :'(...!
... therefore increasing insurance premiums...!

Google mentioned a 172RG for FS2002 in a few results, and WSpilots forum had a similar request too, which ended in the FS2002 172RG suggestion...

Fair enough. The link just took me to the login page - I wasn't actually going to bother to login and download it... Even if I had was I expecting too much for it to jump straight to the file?

Funny thing is, Flightsim and Avsim are two of the first sites I visited, (member of both) after Sim V... ;)...but if you dont type the description exactly the same as it is stored, sometimes it cant find the file... :'(...!

It's a copy of the FS 2002 Cessna 182RG (with spinning prop) so very similar...>>>

FS2002 Comair Academy Cessna 172RG Cutlass. By Matt Hoffman

This is a modification of the 182 RG that comes with FS2002. The airplane flies almost exactly like the real Cutlass. I dropped a 4 cylinder engine in the 182 and repainted exactly like Comair. The 172 RG and 182 RG look very similar, so just pretend I am currently flying this thing as much as I can at Comair JAX. It takes quite a beating from the students at Comair Jacksonville. Now go have fun!
