Hey there

Listen there was an Air Force Recruiting Ad on Television a while back, and on there they had an F-16.

On the tail where the normal squadron markings are, They wrtoe

HOW'S MY DRIVING?
1-800-USAF
With a line above and below the text
Does anyone know if there is a repaint for this or if someone is willing to do a repaint? On the Ad, it looked really good, and seemed to fit the F-16 quite well

Just working on some good old british hardware (Buccaneer!) at the moment, but im sure I can get that on a falcon soon!

yeah its good, its wgat got me back into the falcon again, it was p;art of a decal pack for a f-16 falcon model kit

update: been researching, looking for the 'real' markings the falcon is carrying, ie which sqn, but i havnt been able to find that yet. Work on the text is progressing ok though.

good work igorski, you get a gold star, next time i'm imn the city which would bne around new years, i'll have a look for the decals and maybe in the hobby shop as well, to give you an  idea wht it looks like, it was wicked i tells ya

FYI. At avsim.net, there is a package with a lot of USAF tail codes. You can find it there. I'll look around for the file name for y'all.

The "How's My Driving?" marking was digitally applied to aircraft tail # 83-119 (block 25) from Edwards AFB. The commercial first aired in 2001.
