Give someone a chance! There was only 2 hours between you three posts...

If you search here and the major sites I'm sure (know) you'll find repaints for various models (Mike Stone's C-130, the Backhawk, (and maybe) DSB's F-5 perhaps...) :)

The Mexican Air Force has an interesting history.  WHile not as "combat tested" as the major air forces, it still provided several squadrons during WW2 (I believe at least one P-47 squadron saw action in the Phillippines).

As a kid, I remember seeing Mexican movies which portrayed the Mexican  Air Force in a dashing manner, combining daring with an excellent array of comedians (probably fighter pilots showing off) that made for incredible air shots.

A "Virtual Mexican Air Force" museum would be an interesting display of aircraft - some famous, others not so famous.

Yeah, i havent seen any movies like that but i can bet they are pretty good. And I hope the FAM doesnt have to get in battles, i dont think 14 F-5's can be able to shot down an army of SU-27's or something like that, but i have looked for FAM planes and lots of them are for FS 2000, or 2002... can some one repaint them but for FS 2004?

Sure - the latest gmax is in your FS2004 disc 1 "extras" folder.

You need to install the program, tutorials and help files separately.

Then you have to download and install the Microsoft SDKs (especially the Aircraft Creation, GMAX, Aircraft Container SDKs).

As for registration - you can register at TurboSquid.com.  (Check the "gmax Installation and Registration" in the forums).

Your "plan of attack" should be:

Install gmax and get it working....

Go through ALL the tutorials that come with gmax, since that will get you familiarized with the program,

Installl the necessary SDKs (so you can convert the gmax file(s) to FS, and learn what tags to name your parts correctly)

Start on the flightsim specific tutorials (for starters, the "Stupid Idiot's Guide to Gmax").

Shave off your hair, so you don't pull it out in frustration ...

ok, if you can hold your panties for a couple of weeks, I can paint your planes.

First, let me know what models and from what makers you want me to use, you know, different makers use different texture patterns.
