There are a few BBJ's out there.  The first is a payware one from http://www.arianedesign.com/.  It looks very good, but it is pretty pricy.  KittyHawk also has a BBJ that is here.  The last option is to wait for POSKY's new 737-700 to come out.  That will probably have a number of private paints eventually.  I hope this helps.

Hey
First of all dont go Ariane, (there has been heated discussions over at Fs2004.com pointing out the bad things about the service and support and pricing of that addon.
And second POSKY is making a 738 ;)

you could get my 737-700, which is free.... then get a BBJ livery (there are a couple out there)

it includes a DVC also ;)
