This had been requested in the past.  There was one in the works and some previews posted not too long ago I think.

I think Boeing did make the Boeing 377SG Super Guppy, then Aero Spacelines modified the airframe. ;)

Boeing built the B-377 Stratocruiser, then about 20 years later, Aero Spacelines took them apart, and built the Guppys from them.

The basic airframe, wings, and cockpit were retained, but most of the rest was Aero Spacelines.
