Anybody know of a good one.

I know a guy who's to fly one at an airport near me.  I wanna fly it first

There is one here for FS2002 on http://www.simviation.com/fs2002jets38.htm.  I'm not sure if it works in FS2004 as it says that it is an FSDS model.  If you are willing to pay for it, there is a good Beech 400A made by Eaglesoft (http://eaglesoftdg.com/).  I think that the two planes are very similar.

I have wanted a Hawker 800XP for ages too!

I'm sorry about that.  I did not realize that there was a real difference between the 800 and the 800XP.

No difference in the 800 and 800XP- just my laziness in typing.  The difference is between the Beechjet 400A (AKA Hawker 400XP) and the Hawker 800XP

Sorry for the confusion.  

On another note, it looks like FSD is working on a Hawker 700-- payware and far inferior to the 800XP, but still something.
