Wonder if anybody has seen a freeware 747 with a virtual passenger cabin and wing views for FS2002 Pro ?
Thanks ,
Jamie

Just use the FS2004 ones, they work.

Flt.L.T. Andrew ,
Thanks for the response . I downloaded one plane and looked chrome plated and decided it was because it was for FS2004 so have avoided the newer planes . A nice responder told me how I could make it work , but I decided there were enough planes for FS2002 without going to that trouble . I'll try again now .
I love good wing views and also virtual cabins and hate to just fly an instrument panel around .
Thanks ,
Jamie

Jamie,
An easy fix for all-chrome syndrome (at least it was for me when I used FS2002 regularly) was to use DXTBmp to open the offending texture bitmap file and then re-save it as DXT3 format. You can get DXTBmp as a free download - just google for it.

Hi Microlight ,
You had mentioned that to me in another Post I placed sometime back and I did get the download . I tried it a short time and seemed to be time consuming and decided I had enough really good planes so didn't worry about that one . Thanks for your help always ,
Jamie

Hi abs ,
Thanks for your response . I finally got a huge download of an Airbus 340 and found that it had no instruments ( had black squares ) and can't fly it anyway with my inadequate PC . Talk about complicated !!! I finally got it started . I guess I really have enough good planes anyway and do have some of Meljet's nice planes .
Thanks ,
Jamie
