Check over at SimOuthouse. I'd be surprised if they didn't have one.

They do! But it won't let me become a member. It says it banned my e-mail, and I've never been to their site

Do they allow you to sign up with hotmail accounts?  A lot of sites require you to use "normal" e-mail accounts, not those free one's.  That might be your problem.

It probably will if you use your e-mail from your internet service provider or any other e-mail that you can't simply sign up for (that way someone can't sign up with a ton of accounts or something).  For example, I think I ran into this problem over there when i signed up with my yahoo account, so I used my school e-mail address and it worked just fine.

I don't know my school e-mail,I have one for sure, but don't know it. Could anyone with a sim-outhouse account be nice enough to download it for me and send it through e-mail?

You must have an e-mail through your internet serive provider that you could use (msn, comcast, aol, ect...).  That will work just fine.
