I need a panel for a airbus 320 I found one but the radio's do not work right if anyone knows a really good panel or can make one .

What happens with the radios - do they completely not work or does only one frequency work? Check that the [radios] section of the A320's aircraft.cfg looks like this:

Nav.1=1, 1, 1
Nav.2=1, 1, 0
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1

If it still doesn't work then you might need a different radio stack...

I just got me a A320 panel which is way better than the other one was now all I need is GWPS
