If you want some links then http://www.projectopensky.com has some good boeing models, but with no panels. ;)

Boeing 747?

There are quite a few here.  if you run a search through the civil jets sections-depending on which FS game you have.  

For FS2004, I have been told that the Meljet one here is really good-but I haven't tried it: http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets78.htm
