Are you looking for the plane which crashed to start the ordeal or the Phoenix which was put together from the surviving parts ? ???
I believe the original one to be a Fairchild C-119 Flying Boxcar  8)

I haven't seen one, but I would run a google search for it.  I'm not sure what to call it, I would search for something like "Flight of the Phoenix for FS2004" on google-maybe you'll find something.

If there's not one out, there probably will be eventually.  With the remake of the movie, there's a good chance some designer will make one.  Its just that the designing process takes a long time so sometimes there's a bit of a wait.

The rebuilt plane was in a CFS-2 mission, dunno if the plane will work with FS9, or if it has a VC, never tried it myself.

Get it here:
