Hi Simmers,

I've tried for some time now to get an accurate F-106 model. The ones I have found aren't really accurate in many respects. Some of them have flaps (which the real a/c didn't) and some deploy the drage chute everytime you use the speed brake... which makes for a ridiculous final approach. On the real aircraft the air brake was used in the air a LOT, simply because the plane was so clean and hard to slow down. Kazunori Ito's is the best I have, but it has a lot of short comings. (It was also designed for FS 2002, I think)

Also, none I can find makes a panel close to the real thing. (Admittedly the real thing didn't have good forward visibility since there was a radar scope right at eye-level, with a huge "muff" around it.)

Can anyone help out with an F-106 "A" and preferrably a "B" model? This was the real deal in the 60s and 70s... Mach 2 plus, 4 missiles, and a nuke... all in the "Cadillac" of fighters. It was a wonderful aircraft and our front line of defense for over 20 years.
