HELLO AND THANK YOU FOR REPLYING TO MY QUESTIONS LAST WEEK.  I AM LOOKING FOR SOME GOOD LOOKING  AND PERFORMING P 51 MUSTANGS THAT WILL NOT CAUSE PRBLEMS FOR MY COMPUTER IN GENERAL, AND ARE MADE WITH CFS2 GRAPHICS IN MIND.  I DO HAVE RIDGE RUNNER, MISS DITR. AND PETIE 2ND.  THEY FLY WELL BUT DO NOT LOOK SHARP ENOUGH IN CFS2.  BUT I LIKE THE COLOURS..
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
VILIC.

I'd suggest the FDG P-51D. It looks good on MY computer (AMD-K6 300mhz, 60mb ram) so I know it'll work fine on anyone else's. It's here under CFS2 Aircraft, I think it's around page 55. Lots of repaints for it too.

There's a very nice donationware P-51 which is an expansion of the FDG version (I think)

http://www.donationware.net/

Complete with Tuskegee pilot if I remember rightly - about time, too, some might say...

$2 - a bargain for such a beautifully implemented aircraft!

AC Wai made a great P-51D for CFS2 ;D

The model is brilliant, and it runs on low-end PC's also (I used to run it on a PIII 866 ;))

There are also a ton of repaints for it available here and at SOH 8)

It used to be downloadable from Mr. Wai's website, but when I tried going there earlier on, I got a dead link ???
