What mark of Spit do you want?
There are several here for download in Vintage, not bad.
Then there is the Aeroplane Heaven Seafire collection, fabulous!
Paul Rebuffats CFS2 models are lovely http://myzone59.ath.cx/accueil.php3
And over at Avsim you'll find the YAS CFS2 Spits.
The CFS2 models work in FS9 fine!
And at no-nodes (flightsim) you'll find several Paul Rebuffat models reworked for FS2k2/9 that are pretty good as well.
There will also shortly be a massive piece of payware Spitfire package, I just wish they'd hurry up and release it!!!

What spit fire do you use ozzy? I can't afford payware. I downloaded one from here and it handled weird, it wouldn't pull up or puch down smoothly it would hop...and the paint job was craptaculer...... I don't realy care what mark.... just the most realistic..... and with repaints available.

The best freeware one specifically for FS9 has to be the Aeroplane Heaven Seafire package. You have to register there to download (free and no junk mail), and its the dogs-pods ;)
After that I'd say the Paul Rebuffat ones, they are designed for CFS2 but I love 'em and the YAS ones are great as well!

My pleasure, now go get some 109s for me whilst I sit here and sip a bottle of excellent German beer (something they've really taught the world about ;D)

Mark ;)
