Boeing 727

hi all,
where can i get this 727-200 an will it work in FS2002Pro or stndrd??

Hi there.

This looks like the new Vistaliners (aka Erick Cantu) 727-200 and updates his previous FlightFX version.

Unfortunately, it's exported using the FS9 MakeMDL utility in GMAX, which means that it is designed to work in FS2004 only - it will be invisible if used in FS2002.

thanks fer replying. tht sad to hear, but are there any high quality 727 arounds apart fom payware like captain sim etc.? anything with good quality would fine. i have most of mke stones and they are gud but for some reason at above 23000 ft they start stalling even with full thrust or no flaps etc.

any reply would be appreciated

If you search either here or at avsim, you will be able to find Erick's previous 727 model (search for 727-200 and FFX) which is also very good as a visual model. The Northwest livery is good if you can find it.

I've found the Mike Stone flight dynamics to be pretty good for this plane and I have no problem getting to cruise height. Remember that the 727 is tail heavy because of those engines and that you have to decrease your FPM as you climb to allow the airspeed to increase. If you climb too steeply the plane will stall - which is pretty much right for the actual 727!
