Create a new plane that is not available, yet!?

Hello all! Its sad for me to see that the Socata Epsilon TB30 inst build yet! I'm from Portugal and i'd like to see that plane with Air Force Portuguese colours, so that could be possible if anyone would try to built it to any of FS(available to CFS too).

So i give you this idea with hope to see one day that good instruction plane!
