It does handle like a dream! They are planes that want to fly!
Seriously, start down the runway and they are off. As far as the stick/yoke differeance it didn't take long getting used too. Maybe becasue I fly the sim with a stick, too be honest I like the stick, the blood stays flowing through your arms

But until you fly one it is hard to explain, maybe the hardest to get used too is being gentle, you don't need to move the stick much to get a response and as for scenery gazing it is awesome nothing restricting your view.
After flying one I know can see why many flight schools are making the switch, but sometomes I wonder if it is a good thing. I sort of belive that if you learn in something that takes a little more cocentraing and "manhandling" the better prepared you are to fly different types, just my belife though.
And the Katanas that the above link have are pretty realistic as far as flight dynamics, they did a real good job!!
