MD-80 or other Virtual Cockpit planes

I'm looking for a good MD-80 (or any other MD) plane with a VIRTUAL COCKPIT.  I've found models without the virtual cockpit but I hate playing with the 2D cockpit.

So, does anyone know of one? (or of any other good planes with VCs?)

There are a number of airliners out there with VCs - the Project Airbus A320, Project Opensky 757 and Project SkyWorks CRJ-700 are three that come to mind that have really good VCs. The CRJ is on the recent FS9 dowloads pages; do a Google for the other 2. Project Airbus has a sub-site at Avsim.

The Meljet 777 doesn't have a VC, but it has a virtual cabin with first business and coach classes. You'd need Active Camera to walk around in this, though. There's an older Project Airbus A300 out there that has a less detailed VC BUT it has a virtual cabin also.

I check those out.  The CRJ-700 has a VC but it doesn't have any working controls in it.  The 757 was very nice but by default, the viewpoint is behind the captains chair.  Is there a way to modify that?

If you go into the aircraft.cfg and find the section called [views]: modify the first parameter - this is the longitudinal position from the reference datum. If you want the view forward a little, increase the figure.
