.dll files

Is there a programe that i can open .dll files as i would lie to have a look at some just for reference .  And i mite have a go at creating one.  thanks for any help.

If you have it enabled you can right click on one and select Quick View. (Don't know if that's an option in XP as it is in 98).  Otherwise you can "open" it with notepad but it will look like gibberish.

I'm sure there are some freeware .dll viewers out there if you want to google for them.
