would anyone make a Hurricane Mk IIb in all black for night fighter ops, a Bf-109g-6 with the under-wing cannon pods, as seen at Duxford Legends, or a Mustang Mk Ia

Hi Whitehawk. You're correct about not many people creating new aircraft for CFS1 these days. Most of the better designers moved on to CFS2 & CFS3 long ago. If the types you want already exist I think your best bet might be to try repainting them yourself.
