What is this , and where can I get one?

Has to be one of the most interesting planes I have ever seen. Would really like to know what it is so I can find out more about it.
Of course I doubt there is one out for FS, but if by some chance there is one where is it and how much does it cost, I must have it.

It's a Seawind 3000...a kit plane from Seawind/SNA of Kimberton, PA.  (lol @ KIMBERton)

Actually, I didn't get the information based on the "Seawind".  I googled the N-number.  lol

The N-number, figures that I would never have thought about looking it up. I mean the top two links in my favorites are these:
