Help abuot payware!

Hi all!!
I'm looking for some really well done paywere,almost real,with all the stuffs working as in real world (panel,overhead panel,switches,air file,etc. etc.)
In particular i'd like to find or Airbus 320,or MD 80.
Can you help me?!

For the A320 check out http://www.wilcopub.com/a320.htm.  Their A320 Pilot in Command is probably one of the best out there.  The payware MD-80 can be found at http://www.fs2000.org/.
