Is anyone working on the X-43a for FS2004?

Yeah right.  I dont think the FS9 dynamics would go high enough to accomadate it. Besides, how on earth would yo replicate the intracacies of it. #1 it has to be going above mach 5 to get the engine to light, which means that #2, you would also have to replicate Pegasus as well and find some way to jettison the Hyper-X from it for flight. Which if you need the Pegasus, than you also need the Buff to go with it and the way to launch it from the Buff and.......

So in other words, if someone is, it sure as hell won't be anywhere near accurate. Sorry to be a spoil sport. ::)

Too bad  :-[

I can see by your signature that you have some interest in the X-43a, someone is working on B-52-Pegasus-X-43a for Orbiter Spaceflight Simulator, though Orbiter is for spaceflight, so the atmospheric flight is nowhere near as close to FS-2004, but it is getting better.

Not so much the X-43, but more in the engine. I love scramjets and Hyper-x is simply the only scram running around the skies right now, or so they say anyway. My sig will eventualy change to J-58 turbos.

Ps thanks for mentioning Orbiter Spaceflight Simulator. I've been loking for something like that for some time now.
