The only up to date model I'm aware of is payware from Alphasim, there are US and European variants and the model is fully animated. However I have been unable to access
www.alphasim.co.uk for a few days, perhaps due to site problems though more likely due to my computer being uncooperative.
There is also an F-84E available for CFS2 which you will probably be able to find either here, at flightsim.com or Avsim.com.
