There's loads of 'part downloads' and piece together bits and piecees for Vipers.  However, I'm VERY inexperienced at mixing and matching models, panels, paints and sounds etc.

Surely there's a Viper 'package' for FS2004 out there?

In some of the original downloads, there are mixtures or loadouts and fuel tanks.  Here on page http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military9.htm there is a package of 4 liveries from Taiwan.  On page http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military8.htm there is a complete set of the Thunderbirds.  I hope this helps.
