I have a pretty good collection of the southwest airlines skins for plane, however I have yet to find a good  Shamu skin for a plane in fs2004.
If it gets made please respond here

I use the repaint of the default 737 for FS2002 in FS2004.  It is here on page http://www.simviation.com/fs2002jets62.htm.
