FSD created a really nice T-38 some time back. They can be found at FSD international or at flightsim.com, just search for talon There have been plenty of repaints produced as well, and i'm sure amongst them was a NASA scheme.

Apollo, when adding other skins through the art manager. You will need to go into the paint.cfg and add "scheme= name of skin"
If you type FSD Talon over on AVSIM you will get like 17 different files including the NASA addon for the Challenger crew.
