is there a harrier download

There's one here at SV.  I think it'z called harm5.zip.  Just search for "Harrier".

IMO, most of the Freeware Harriers are really bad. The Abacus Harrier package for $10 is one of their only worthwhile products.

You can actually try it out before buying it  8)
