Vintage Airliners

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Vintage Airliners

I'm looking for high quality vintage airliners for FS2002. There are several DC-3's available and I found a Ford Tri-Motor but I want high quality ones. Anyone know where I can find any really good ones, no payware please.

The best Trimotor I have seen yet is the one here at Simviation: http://www.simviation.com/fs2002vintage5.htm I really like this model.

The Roy Chaffin DC-3's are abilable here, I know they are a little old-but still nice: http://www.roychaffin.com/packages.html

Also, there are no pics of these DC-3's here, but you could try and download them and see-I have no idea (just found the site). http://www.dc3airways.com/fs2002-version.html

I hope that helps a little

Thanks, I already have that Tri-Motor and have Roy's DC-3. Will take a look at that last one and post screenshots if it looks good.

Specifically what I'm looking for are
Fokker F.XVIII
Boeing Model 314 Clipper Flying Boat
Martin Model 130 China Clipper

I took a look at that one. It's very simmilar to Roy's. Aren't there any vintage aircraft out there with the quality of Meljet or POSKY?

You could try www.calclassics.com  it is an older site with a lot of fs00' and 98 stuff but there are a few updates for fs02' that have had a little tweeking and tlc to make them a lot better models..  Good site for Connies and Stratocruisers... Good panels and sounds too!  There are some links from that page that will lead to a whole host of vintage sites for some great downloads...

The Boeing 314... isn't that the same one which Ramsa has screenshots of in the screenshot thread? It's a payware, but good

For the fokker FXVIII, the FS98 one looks and flies quite good. Search for PH-AIS on the net, i forgot where i got it...

The martin 130, i got no idea where to get one... but there were rumours of someone making a firefighting version once
