There is one for FS9, by Dennis Simanaitis, at FSCom. The zip name is 'nc4ds.zip', 5.8 Mb, 11-08-2004. There are 3 other zips (updates/fix) too. I am not sure the model will load in FSX but worth a try. It would need a FSX panel and some FSX specific cfg and air file tweaks as it's a flying boat. Buy me a 6-pack and i could work on it for you if you want it in FSX.
