Posted: Tue Jul 07, 2015 3:14 amI'm looking for a cessena 152 in FSX, I found a lot of repaints, but can't seem to locate the flyable aircraft. The cessena 152 is the aircraft I soloed in back in the 70's
Thanks

Even when I was training to be a pilot I always preferred retractable landing gear. I know that is a little strange for a STOL aircraft (SHORT TAKEOFFS & LANDINGS) Just one thing less to worry about going wrong. But fixed gear limits your speed.
I often wonder why Cessna came out with this variation. I know they no longer make it but do not know the reason as to why they stopped making them. You still see a few around I saw some watching the Amazing Race.
Kind of like the old tried and true C130's I do not think these aircraft will ever disappear. There used to be a fleet of these at KDAB Daytona Beach Airport
I do not know if they are still there.
