can anyone suggest a good a-10 warthog download that has a v.c? the last couple of a-10s i downloaded didnt have one...including the one that comes with the airforce multipack.

There just isn't one in the freeware section. Best bet would be to pick the older IRIS on sale or the Abacus if you are desperate.

Try this if you're prepared to pay.

Bet. I remembered it because Philippe Wallaert who updated it just updated (again) the old Massimo Altieri XB-70 Valkyrie, and it was on the front page.

I flew that A-10 model over MAO's Libya/Downed A-10 scenery as CAS while some Helitraffic came in to pick up the downed airman. I also logged a few sorties out of Batman AB, Turkey flying CAS over that IS3 Mt. Sinjar Rescue scenery I dropped last year, again, with the Helitraffic running the evacuees on into Turkey or Syria or Erbil. I don't do it much, but occasionally I have to dust off something that can carry some (exploding) droppable objects and has a forward firing autocannon, and have a freeware show-of-force somewhere in my FSXverse.

If you are really interested in using a A-10, systems and weaponery included I'll suggest to install the free simulator Digital combat simulator (DCS). It comes with a NA P51 two seater and a Sukhoi 25. This is a real simulator. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/world/

awesome plane ty for finding it...although it has a couple buggs im hoping yall can help me with...1) it has no landing lights...2) it rolls forward upon loading and the hud screen is a yellow square to which i can not see through unless i switch to 2d cockpit view...any help to fixing these bugs?

I would go with IRIS. By far the best. Being from Boise, home of the 190th I love the hogs.
