Top five 'wants'!

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

OK...its time for me to break the news.

Spitfire Boy...do you know how HARD IT IS to model an airplane? Believe me, I have quite a few that I have trashed because it was so hard - Cessna Mustangs, L-39 Albatros', Convair B-36s, KC-10s etc.

Now, what you are asking for, may take MONTHS of hard work out of the MODELLERS FREE TIME. Do you know how hard it is to make a VC? To texture it? TO MODEL VTOL CAPABILITIES THAT DON'T EXIST IN FS. To model EVERY single feature of Thunderbird 1 that was in the 2004 movie. And to model speed past the simulators capabilities. I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but you really have to learn these things.

For the last month I have been working of a Convair F-102 and decided to end that. It took me a week to get the nose and canopy. Lets not even get into the Weapons bays! I mean sure it was my first model ever but... still.

Yes! My 111th post! 111 Squadron, RAF Leuchars!

Hey hey hey, I know full well what you are talking about. It was a request, not a demand. I would have thought a project as wacky as the one I'm proposing might be something an aircraft modeller would enjoy. Please don't get all angry at me. :-[ :'(

Then take in up your self. Try small planes at first with little craziness. The reason I chose the F-102. Then when you get better try the Tbird.

I am about to purchase FSDS3, but I'm worried the complexity is probably going to perplex me even more. Do you think this is going to happen?

It is quite complex, even though its the simplest design program.

Is it possible to get one of those 30-day-trial type things for FSDS, before I buy it?
