i think many many many poeple have been begging for this including me for years! any gulfstream, falcon 50 or global express with good vc thats isnt like mike stones or whoever made it, its a great effort ive tried to fly with it but i get disappointed:(gulfstream cant do anything about freeware

Yes they can, and they have.

They can, they have, and they will.  Every designer I have heard of that has released or mentioned releasing a Gulfstream model has received cease and desist letters from Gulfstream's legal department.  While it may make an interesting court case whether or not they can prevent their aircraft from being recreated for sim/games, none of us can afford the legal team that Gulfstream can.
