What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Postby joey_d1119 » Tue Jan 26, 2010 4:40 am

Found a few but having trouble installing them. They don't seem to show up in my library.

What are you all using for 727's out there?

In terms of freeware, I really like the CANTU/VISTALINERS models.

joey_d1119, FS2004 or FSX?

Groundbound1, do they have a VC, and what FS are they for?

FSX, http://www.simviation.com/simviation/?I ... &mark=4027

Hey there,

It's for FS9 and I tried to install the Vistaliners 727 but they don't want to show up in my aircraft selection in game.

I installed them just like the rest of my add on jet liners.

I know they work in FS9, not sure about "X". No VC though.

Did you install the base pack first? Most of the downloads listed on the link I posted are just repaints. (ie. textures only.)

Also double-check the aircraft.cfg file that comes with the add-on, e.g. sim= . It has to match the one in the base model or you won't see it in your list of AC.

Rename B727200ADVC_VL below to B727200_VL

It will show up under Boeing as 727-200 ADVC.
